IRVINE, California, September 19, 2017 – Dahua Technology USA, a leading manufacturer of video surveillance solutions proven the world over, has announced the lineup they will be showcasing at the ASIS International Annual Seminar and Exhibits in Dallas, September 26-28. Dahua, a silver sponsor of the show, will highlight new cameras and accessories, exciting advancements in video surveillance technology, and custom solutions for niche applications.

Long known for being pioneers in video surveillance technology, Dahua will be introducing new Enhanced Power over Ethernet Technology (ePoE) products. These cameras and recorders combat the limited transmission distances inherent to standard network devices at up to three times greater distances, without the need of repeaters. ePoE network cameras extend connectivity beyond the IP standard distance of 328 feet (100m) while providing integrated power to the device.

Dahua also offers a full range of network Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches optimized for video surveillance systems, and will be introducing new additions to this line at the show. This includes hardened layer 2 managed and unmanaged switches and 4- and 8-port industrial-grade switches for extreme environments. Switches with Dahua’s unique Hi-PoE for increased power and ePoE for extended connectivity will also be on view.

Dahua will also be bringing another first to the show floor with its 4K HDCVI fisheye camera that delivers Ultra High Definition (UHD) images over coax infrastructure. Other 4K HDCVI form factors include dome, bullet, and box. Dahua will be presenting other fisheye cameras as well: new 6MP and 12MP network fisheyes. Rounding out this diverse exhibition of camera technology are a variety of specialty cameras including explosion-proof devices, cameras with License Plate Capture (LPC) technology, and high-speed Pan/Tilt cameras.

Other technology on display will include Smart H.265+, Dahua’s proprietary compression codec that improves bandwidth and storage capabilities up to 30% over standard H.265, and Deep Learning. Deep Learning is the fastest-growing field in Artificial Intelligence (AI), and makes video surveillance more intelligent with heat mapping, traffic data collection, and facial analysis. Dahua’s 2MP AI box camera is the company’s contender in this year’s ASIS Accolades competition.

Other fan favorites are sure to be HDCVI and network multi-sensor cameras, Dahua’s end-to-end mobile transportation solution, and new access control and intercom products.

Everything can be seen up close in booth 4145 at the ASIS show. An additional benefit of visiting the Dahua booth is the All-Star Partner program: dealers who want to enjoy the benefits of becoming a Dahua partner can register for the program on site.
