Dahua Technology, a world-leading video-centric AIoT solution and service provider, recently upgraded its Partner App with additional scenario-based SMB solutions section to further accommodate various user needs. It aims to improve efficiency and convenience in product purchasing and installation through scenario-based SMB solutions.
The Partner App is a handy management platform where customers can easily avail all Dahua products, solutions, videos, promotions, and news for local markets. It offers useful tools and how-to documents to easily learn how to operate a Dahua product. It also has a support function in case of any inquiries.
This year, an SMB section is added on the homepage of the Partner App. It allows users to browse a number of SMB solutions based on scenarios and view recommended product list and installation guides for each sub-scenario. Users can also select multiple sub-scenarios and generate quotations with just one click on the interface. They can remove products based on their own preferences, and add non-Dahua products for price quotations.
The first batch of four SMB solutions will be released on the Partner App, including:
- Smart Apartment: offers a wide range of products such as intelligent recognition camera, ANPR camera, perimeter protection camera, smart intercom products, etc., providing customers with a more secure home and a better living experience.
- Manufactory: provides video surveillance, alarm system, perimeter protection, access control, fire detection and a one-stop management system, which help enable a safer manufactory environment and improve management efficiency.
- Office Block: aims to address prevailing challenges in managing office buildings, including efficient vehicle management, access control, personnel management, service improvement, and more.
- Smart Shop: uses a full range of video surveillance devices powered by AI algorithms designed to attract more customers and improve store management efficiency.
