Dahua has built a clear and transparent ESG structure. Following a top-down management structure, all functional departments and subsidiaries have strengthened corporate governance and sustainable business development in a more systematic way to ensure the effective implementation of ESG-related actions.

Board of Directors

• Oversees all ESG matters, and makes decisions on corporate ESG strategic planning, risk management, policy formulation, etc.

ESG Management Committee

• Develops the company's ESG strategies and goals; reviews, approves and discloses ESG reports and other ESG related information; and continuously promotes green and low-carbon development.

ESG Executive Team

• Coordinates the implementation of various ESG tasks, promotes key projects, and organizes the preparation of ESG reports in accordance with international standards and industry best practices.
