•A Philippines citizen, aged 18 years or above at the time of entry.
•Dahua Philippines employees, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), former Dahua employees who left less than a year, distributors and its affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest/campaign agencies are not eligible to join this Contest.
•Dahua Philippines has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of the Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Dahua Philippines is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
•Dahua Philippines reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

I.Contest Guidelines
1.Register via DH Club through the Dahua Partner APP from October 10 to November 3, 2023.2.Get the contest topics from our official website, www.dahuasecurity.com/ph starting October 10
3.Attend the contest topic trainings through the webinars, the website or our social media account/s.
4.Eight Channel Teams handing respective areas will conduct the contests. There are three contest levels:
a.Level A - Elimination Round
b.Level B - Semi-Final Round
c.Level C - Grand Final Round
5.Go to the venue on the date assigned by our Channel Team, and participate in the contest.
6.Each participant will have a Guest Pass with the contestant No. and his unique invitation code. This will also be used to record his speed.
II.Contest Levels
1.Elimination Rounda.Dahua publishes the event dates and location of the Elimination events on Nov.04 on its Facebook page and during the Live Webinar.
b.All who registered via DH Club have the chance to take the elimination round.
c.Contestants will perform the actual test.
d.10% of the total number of contestants with the shortest time will move on to the next level.
2.Semi-Finals Round
a.Every Channel Teams will conduct one semi-final event.
b.The contestants who won from the Elimination Round will compete in the Semi-Finals round. PLUS! 5% of the total number of contest registered attendees who join the roadshow will be raffled off to compete as wild card contestants.
c.Top 5 with the shortest time wins, however, only the Top 1 with the shortest time will move on to the next level.
3.Grand Finals Round
a.All Top 1 winners from eight teams will compete in the Grand Finals event.
b.Contestants will perform the actual test.
c.Top 1 with the shortest time wins.
III.Performing the Actual Test
Step 1: Roulette the exam question.Step 2: Roulette the contestant No. to compete.
Step 2: Start the timer to record the time.
Step 3: Follow the procedure and complete the exam base on time limit.
Step 4: Stop the timer after completing the configuration.
IV.Determination of Winners
1.Dahua Technical Team will check each contestant’s output one at a time based on the checklist and exam question given. Any mistake or deviation to the procedure will incur corresponding penalty (added time to the finished time).2.Technical will signal “TWO THUMBS UP” if PASS or “TWO THUMBS DOWN” if FAIL.
3.The shortest time with the correct output wins the test.
4.The speed time will be recorded on the contestant’s guest pass, signed by the technical, the contestant, and the notary lawyer/auditor. Dahua and the contestant will both have a copy of the contestant’s guest pass

2.All winners are required to sign the receipt of prizes.

5.Dahua Philippines may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value at Dahua Philippines's sole discretion, or where required by law, or in the event that all or part of a prize becomes unavailable due to the reasons which are beyond Dahua Philippines’s reasonable control.
6.Taxes on the prize will be levied as applicable. Winners agree to bear all the personal taxation that might arise out of the winnings from this Contest and shall not look to Dahua and/or its Affiliates, and any of its employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same.
7.Prizes cannot be sold and/or in no case transferable to any other person except the Winner and/or his/her spouse, children, parents, legal guardian, siblings only.
8.You give your consent to Dahua Philippines and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name, company name and photos to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

2.By providing the personal data, Participants indicates that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Dahua Philippines Privacy Policy stated at Dahua Partner APP. The Participants agrees that Dahua Philippines and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Contest.
3.Neither Dahua Philippines nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents, employees or other representatives shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, and/or exemplary damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, and/or loss of business, in connection with this Contest or the use of or inability to participate in this Contest or reliance on the contents contained herein, even if Dahua is advised of the possibility of such damages. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dahua in any Contest terms, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, Dahua shall not be liable for the materials of this Contest, regardless of the reason of the liability or the tort theory it based on.
4.Please note that Dahua Philippines may be running similar campaign/contests or promotions at the same time during this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other campaign/promotion/contest unless you enter each campaign/promotion/contest separately.
5.This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, Governmental actions, or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Dahua ("Force Majeure Event"). Dahua India shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
6.This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, Customers will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Dahua Philippines, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Dahua and its services/products.
7.These T&Cs are subject to Philippines laws and the courts at Manila shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
