International Yoga Day, a yoga session was conducted at the Gurgaon office assembly area. Ms. Seema Sethi, a renowned yoga instructor from the Sivananda Yoga Center in Gurgaon, led the session.
The event commenced at 10:00 AM, with employees from various departments gathering to participate in the session. The assembly area had been thoughtfully prepared, with yoga mats arranged in neat rows, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere for the participants.
