DAHUA SUPER MILLIONAIRE QUIZ CONTEST– 2023
Terms and conditions:
1.Introduction:
This Dahua Super Millionaire Quiz Contest (“Contest”) is being organized by Dahua Technology India Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act’ 2013 having its registered address at 9th Floor, Tower A, DLF Cyber Greens, DLF Cyber City, Phase III, Gurugram, Haryana (India), Pincode: 122002 (“Dahua India” or “Organizer” or “We” or “us”). This Contest will run from 17th July 2023 to 31st December 2023 (“Contest Period”). Dahua India reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2.Eligibility
(i)In order to participate in this Contest, you must be the Installers who register through the pre-registration link or link on the landing page which will be broadcast on our Dahua India Social media platforms (“Installer(s)” or “You” or “Participants”).
a)First verified 2000 registration will be eligible to participate directly in this Contest. Post, 2000 registrations remaining will participate in the Lucky Draw Contest wherein Dahua will give ticket No.’s to them and basis that ticket no. will announce on social media as to who will get participated.
b)Lucky draw contest will be organized for rest of the registration on 31 July’ 2023.
(ii)The Installers must be an Indian citizen and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and must have a registered and enrolled account on DH Partner APP (“DH Account”).
(iii)Installers should provide his/her PAN and AADHAR card to verify the authenticity of such Participants; if it is verified as fake or not exist, Dahua India will cancel his/her qualification in the Contest.
(iv)This Contest shall be applicable to PAN India except to the residents of Tamil Nadu (as per Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and Pondicherry, subject to all applicable central and state laws and regulations of India.
(v)Dahua India employees, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), Regional Distributors and Sub-Regional Distributors and its affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest/campaign agencies are not eligible to enter this Contest.
Dahua India has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of the Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Dahua India is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
3.Prizes

4. How to win:
| One Technical Training will be conducted by Regional Techincal Sales Engineer or Regional Technical Trainer for about 60 minutes |
| During the DKC activity conducted in the Region, we will make the Participants familiar with the short technical videos and technical concept. |
| As per the Participation of Installers group will be formed, each group/person will be assigned by some tasks. |
| Who will finish assigned task as earliest will be the winner |
| Again if more than 5 person nominated, new task will be assigned to those nominated persons out of which the Winner will be selected. |
| Who will finish task as earliest will be the winner.

| The final round will be announced & telecast on our social media platforms on Dahua Facebook & YouTube Channel(@DahuatechnologyIndia).

2.Pictures on poster are for reference only, prizes in kind prevail. All trademarks, service marks and company names are property of their respective owners.
3.The Participants agrees and provides consent to Dahua India to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participants for the purpose of participation in this Contest in line with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Dahua India for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Contest including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Contest.
4.By providing the personal data, Participants indicates that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Dahua India Privacy Policy stated at https://www.dahuasecurity.com/in/aboutUs/privacy-policy. The Participants agrees that Dahua India and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Contest.
5.Dahua India may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value at Dahua India's sole discretion, or where required by law, or in the event that all or part of a prize becomes unavailable due to the reasons which are beyond Dahua India’s reasonable control.
6.This Contest’s final round will be supervised by the third party to ensure that is fair and transparent.
7.Taxes on the prize will be levied as applicable. Winners agree to bear all the personal taxation that might arise out of the winnings from this Contest and shall not look to Dahua and/or its Affiliates, and any of its employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same. Where any prize is received without consideration by any person then the said person need to deposit tax (i.e.TDS) at source @31.20% of value of the prize in the Bank Account of Dahua Technology India Private Limited before receiving the prize from us.
8.If the Winner doesn’t deposit the tax (i.e.TDS) to Dahua designated Bank Account within 30 days since the result announcement, Dahua will reject his/her prize.
9.A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The Winner will also be required to prove his/her age and residence proof, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest.
10.T&Cs for Overseas Trips:
i.Trip Prizes are applicable to Winner i.e., for any overseas. Further, such Prizes cannot be sold and/or in no case transferable to any other person except the Winner and/or his/her spouse, children, parents, legal guardian, siblings only. If the Winner is not willing to go for the trip, the winning prize will be considered as ‘cancelled’ with no monetary benefits whatsoever.

iii.Please note our travel partner will provides visa assistance only. The final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate. In case of Visa rejection, you won’t be able to claim any compensation from us.
iv.TCS conditions as per Income Tax Act’ 1961 has to be evaluated by Tax team for Winner and his/her companion.
11.All winners are required to sign the receipt of prizes.
12.There are no other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.
13.You give your consent to Dahua India and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name, company name and photos to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.
14.Neither Dahua India nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents, employees or other representatives shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, and/or exemplary damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, and/or loss of business, in connection with this Contest or the use of or inability to participate in this Contest or reliance on the contents contained herein, even if Dahua is advised of the possibility of such damages. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dahua in any Contest terms, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, Dahua shall not be liable for the materials of this Contest, regardless of the reason of the liability or the tort theory it based on.
15.Please note that Dahua India may be running similar campaign/contests or promotions at the same time during this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other campaign/promotion/contest unless you enter each campaign/promotion/contest separately.
16.This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, Governmental actions, or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Dahua ("Force Majeure Event"). Dahua India shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
17.This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, Customers will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Dahua India, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Dahua and its services/products.
18.These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
