Storage EVS/ ESS/ NVS/ Forensic DVR/ Mobile Product/Mobile Portable Terminal/DVR/NVS/ATM/SSD/Intelligent Video Surveillance Server/Recording & Broadcasting 36 months, of which judicial and mobile equipment have a warranty period of 24 months; mobile equipment batteries have a warranty period of 12 months.
Storage HCVR 36 months, of which COOPER series have a warranty period of 24 months.
Storage NVR 36 months, of which EZ-IP series have a warranty period of 12 months.
EZ-IP series Network Camera / Wi-Fi Camera/ NVR EZ-IP series 12 months
COOPER series HDCVI Camera/ HCVR COOPER series 24 months
Front end - IP camera Network Camera 36 months, of which EZ-IP series have a warranty period of 12 months.
Front end - wireless IP camera Wi-Fi Camera 36 months, of which EZ-IP series have a warranty period of 12 months.
Front end - analog camera Analog Camera 36 months, of which COOPER series have a warranty period of 24 months.
Front end - coaxial HD camera HDCVI Camera 36 months, of which COOPER series have a warranty period of 24 months.
Front end - thermal imaging camera Thermal Cameras 36 months, of which wearing parts separately have a warranty period of 12 months. Front end - accessories Cabling/Wireless/Detector/Camera mount/Power 36 months, of which CVI accessories, wireless and power supplies have a warranty period of 24 months. Cable have a warranty period of ten years.
PTZ camera Explosion-proof System/Network PTZ Camera/Positioning System/HDCVI PTZ Camera 36 months, of which wearing parts separately have a warranty period of 12 months. List of wearing parts: coaxial cable, conductive slip ring, motor, belt, wiper
Intelligent transportation Parking/Signal Controller/Traffic Accessory/ITC 24 months, of which flash and LED lamps have a warranty period of 12 months.
Intelligent buildings Access Control/Alarm/Video Door Phone/Smart Lock 24 months, of which smart home and smart lock products have a warranty period of 12 months.
Central products Display Control/Video Decoder/Keyboard/Central Control 24 months, of which keyboards have a warranty period of 12 months, while switches have a warranty period of 36 months
Graphic image LCD Video Wall/Monitor/LCD Digital Signage/Education Digital Signage/LED Display 12 months, of which small-pitch LED screens have a warranty period of 12 months, while convential LED screens have a warranty period of 24 months, Liquid crystal class ( advertising machine, LCD monitor,LCD Splicing Screen, Interactive LCD Display)have a warranty period of 24 months.

1) The standard warranty period for consumable parts such as mouse, power cord/data cable and support is 3 months.
2) If the part repaired is less than 3 months to the end of the free warranty period from the date of repair, the part’s free warranty service period shall be extended to 3 months after the date of repair; in case of the same fault not for human factors, out-of-warranty products repaired shall have a warranty period of 6 months.
3) If the warranty period is otherwise agreed by the contract signed by the customer while ordering the Company’s products, the contract shall prevail.
4) For after-sales services of the products purchased by customers who have signed a clear warranty agreement, the warranty agreement shall prevail.
5) Promotional equipment do not provide replacement or return services. Please refer to promotional contracts if any.
