Notice on DMSS User Account Registration

Our first 2026 DMSS upgrade will go live on the 15th January 2026.

Peer to Peer (P2P)

As you may be aware on 12th March 2025 we started to officially enable Account Mode, registration and login features.


As part of the transition to Account Mode and as a way to enhance security when adding and using devices, you will need login to your account first.

Please note: From the 15th of January 2026 we will no longer support P2P device adding without the Account Mode being activated.


What does this mean for me?

From January 15th 2026 you will need to sign up for a or use an existing active DMSS account to add new devices via P2P.
If you have not yet registered a DMSS account, we will offer a convenient account registration service.


 

Once you log in to your account, you will enjoy the following improved services:

● Device and data information will be linked to your account, eliminating concerns about synchronization issues when switching to a new phone.
● A more simplified and user-friendly interface and functional design.
● An enhanced message subscription experience with support for customized message reminders.
● A faster, more stable, and secure playback experience.

 

Follow the instructions below to complete the account registration and login DMSS:

1. On the signup page, select the Country and Area Code fist

2. Enter your email or Phone and set a password

3. Click the button to receive and enter the verification code

4. After registration is completed, you can use your account to log in to DMSS

 

After logging in to the account, the devices you added in the old version will be displayed in the account normally. Of course, in order to ensure your safe use of these devices, we recommend that you transfer the devices to your account with one click to provide double security. You can transfer the historical devices to the account for use by following the instructions below…

After registering and logging into the DMSS account:

1. Click Tools Manager on the "Me" page.

2. Select Device Transfer Tool: Transfer Local Device

3. Select the device to be transferred.

4. Enter the password of the DMSS account.

5. Confirm the transfer

6. After the device is transferred to the account. select Delete the transferred local device

7. You will also receive a message that the device has been transferred successfully
