We want to inform you of an essential update to the DMSS App, effective May 22, 2025. This change involves a transition in the app's developer and operational management to ensure long-term stability, availability, and compliance with updated platform policies.
Why is this happening?
Due to recent short-notice policy changes from major app distribution platforms, we have taken proactive steps to prevent any service disruption. We sincerely apologise for the limited notice caused by this necessary adjustment.
What to expect during the 1–3 business day transition:
- Temporary suspension of third-party login options (Apple, Google, Facebook, Line).
- Alarm message subscriptions for local devices not linked to a DMSS account will be reset and must be re-subscribed after the transition.
Please rest assured that full app functionality will resume immediately after the transition. An in-app notice has also been sent to help guide you.
