1) Register, login the Website, and manage your account information
In order to access and use certain Services on our Website, you need to create an account (“Account”) and register the Website. Once you successfully register the Website, you can use the Account to login and obtain corresponding services on the Website.

2) Provide services to you
When you access to a range of Services on our Website such as Dahua Online Service, training courses, training certification verification, marketing materials, events, repair and delivery service for products you have purchased from us, questionnaire survey related to events or services, we may process your personal data for purpose of providing corresponding services to you, such as your personal name, username, email address, telephone number.
3) Register Dahua Partner Program
When you apply for Dahua Partner Program for the first time, including ECO Partner, DHOP Partner, you are required to submit a registration form on our Website for our internal verification purpose. We may process your personal data which is necessary for the registration and verification, such data may include your name, physical address, email address, position, code, telephone number and password. In addition, we may also collect company information such as company name, company URL, company address, main industries, employee numbers, etc. If you have already identified as a certified partner, you can login the Website directly.
4) Dahua Project Partner Portal (hereinafter referred to as the "DHPP")
- If you intend to become a Dahua Project Partner and use the DHPP, you shall provide your company name, company type, country/region, province, city, as well as your full name and contact phone number for the upgrade of your official website account. We may process your personal data to the extent necessary for account registration and verification hereunder.
- When you register a project on the DHPP, we will collect the end user’s company name, the name of the end user contact person, the country, state/province, city, industry type, distributor’s company name and the name of the distributor’s contact person of the project, for the purpose of providing you with project registration services in accordance with your relevant requirements.
- If your account is the master account of the company to which you belong, you shall provide the company name, the invitee’s full name and valid email address when you intend to invite other persons to register as the regular account holders of the company, for the purpose of sending invitation notifications to such invitees.
- If your account is a regular account of the company to which you belong, you acknowledge and agree that your account information shall be automatically synced to the master account of such company; the holder of the master account shall be entitled to access and view the information of the regular account, manage the validity period of the regular account and conduct the migration of project data under the regular account. You warrant that all operations you perform and all information you submit in the course of registering and using the regular account have been duly authorized by the company to which you belong, and that all such information is true, accurate and complete in all material respects.
5) Contact with you
For purpose of providing assistance or feedback on your request, answering your questions, handling your complaints, we may process your personal data such as your name, email address, telephone number, country or region you choose.
6) Career
When you apply for jobs at Dahua through the Career section of our Website, you need to register or login Website first and then provide your name, email address and resume to start your application. We will only use your personal data to proceed your job application. If you reject to provide your personal data, we will be unable to process your job application request.
7) Statistical research
- General. We use automatic tools to perform statistical research into general trends regarding the use of our services, websites, apps and social media and the behavior and preferences of our customers and users. We also send periodically enquiries to our customers and prospects to gain insight in their opinions and preferences.
