LEND / DELIVER / ENTRUST are distinct device-sharing modes designed to suit different ownership models and business needs between users and installers.

SECURITY SERVICE REQUEST is initiated when a security company registers an ARC account through the Dahua official site or the DoLynk Care portal. Upon registration, the company information can be found in the "Security Company List" in DMSS and DoLynk Care. This allows users and installers to directly request services and link their devices to the provider's monitoring platform.

USER FRIENDLY APPS
REAL-TIME ALERTS AND LIVE DEVICE STATUS
Receive push notifications for alarm events and view video clips from PIR-Cam or IPC. Device status is accessible at any time via the mobile app.
REMOTE OPERATION
Users can remotely arm or disarm the system, control connected outputs such as appliance power switches, and capture snapshots from the PIR-Cam through the mobile app.
CENTRALIZED SYSTEM SETUP AND MANAGEMENT
Installers can use the DoLynk Care app to batch add devices, configure settings, back up data, and import system parameters. The app also supports batch fault detection to quickly identify device issues, improving setup efficiency while reducing maintenance time and costs.

Partners can integrate the Dahua AirShield alarm systems into their own monitoring platforms using the Open ARC API. While mobile app interactions remain on Dahua’s DMSS and DoLynk Care, the partner’s platform receives full event data, enabling complete visibility and control without additional app development.
CUSTOMIZED ECOSYSTEM ENABLEMENT VIA OPEN IOT API
The Open IoT API allows partners to integrate Dahua AirShield alarm products into their own cloud platforms, PC clients, or mobile applications without relying on Dahua’s DMSS or DoLynk Care apps.
