WizColor: Clearer Vision and Smarter Audio
WizColor is designed to enhance image quality in low-light environments through AI-ISP technology, large-aperture lenses, and intelligent image processing. Compared with general cameras, WizColor improves detail restoration by 50% and color restoration by 30%, while pixel-level denoising helps deliver clearer and more natural images at night. Selected models also support Lens Distortion Correction, helping reduce image distortion and improve visual accuracy.
Beyond image performance, WizColor also strengthens audio quality. With Dahua’s self-developed audio noise reduction algorithm, the camera can reduce background noise and improve sound pickup. Some models support dual-mic technology with up to 12 meters of pickup distance, enabling users to capture clearer and richer audio information for more complete video surveillance.
PT: Wider Coverage with Flexible Monitoring
PT Cameras expand monitoring flexibility through Pan-Tilt camera designs that cover wider areas with fewer devices. Enhanced Encoding brings smarter compression to HDCVI systems through Super AI Coding and Device AI Coding. Super AI Coding uses Average Bit Rate technology to allocate bitrate according to dynamic and static scene changes, reducing storage use by 50% compared with H.265 while maintaining the image quality of critical targets.
Device AI Coding further optimizes encoding across multiple channels through Device Bit Rate and Auto Optimized Frame technologies. It can reduce bitrate or frame rate for static channels and allocate more resources to dynamic channels, helping deliver clearer and smoother video where activity is detected. Dahua’s laboratory test data shows that Device AI Coding can provide up to 90% storage savings compared with H.265, depending on the scenario and encoding mode.
