Dahua Indonesia’s New Employee Townhall 2025 & Global Dream Gathering Sharing Experience
PT Dahua Vision Technology Indonesia successfully held the New Employee Townhall 2025 & Global Dream Gathering Sharing Experience on Friday, 28 November 2025. The event brought together new employees, management leaders, and team members to strengthen alignment, share insights, and build a more open and collaborative company culture.
Opening and Company Direction
The event opened with Mr. Royce, Country Director of Dahua Indonesia, who officially welcomed all new employees joining Dahua in 2025. In his address, Mr. Royce expressed the company’s appreciation for the new members and emphasized Dahua’s commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous growth. He also shared the company’s broader vision and direction — aligning the team with Dahua’s focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainable long-term development.
Discussion & Q&A Session
Employees participated in an open and interactive discussion session that covered several important topics, including:

· Supervisor management
· Work efficiency and job duties
· Career development and training
· Performance goals
· Cultural perception
This segment became one of the most engaging parts of the event, as employees felt encouraged to express their thoughts openly. At first, most are quite shy and doesn’t want to raise hands, but after been started by the HR which also considered a new employee, then many participants shared practical suggestions related to workflow improvement, clearer communication channels, system enhancements, and ideas to support team efficiency. Several employees also highlighted opportunities for strengthening supervisor-employee coordination and refining job role clarity to improve daily operations.
The discussion focused more into areas of career growth, where employees expressed strong interest in training programs, skill development, and clearer roadmaps for advancement.
Throughout the session, Mr. Royce provided thoughtful and insightful responses to each question, he also shared based on his personal experiences before. He emphasized more on our mindset, on how to see things from another perspectives, with broader and wider pictures that can be very useful not only for Professional development but also for Personal Development.
Overall, the Discussion & Q&A session served as a productive platform for strengthening alignment between management and employees, fostering a sense of trust, open collaboration, and shared commitment to improving and developing together, both personally and professionally.
Global Dream Gathering Sharing Experience – by Chandra Gunawan
Chandra shared his experience representing Indonesia in the Dahua Global Dream Gathering Program 2025 at Dahua Headquarters. His key highlights included:
· Technology Exposure: A comprehensive look at Dahua’s AIoT ecosystem, futuristic showroom, and upcoming innovations.
· Corporate Culture: Insights into Dahua’s values—innovation-driven, efficient, globally minded—and how these support long-term success.
· Leadership Interaction: Valuable discussions with HQ leaders, strengthening understanding of Dahua’s global strategy and cross-country alignment.
· Factory Excellence: Firsthand experience of highly automated manufacturing processes ensuring quality and reliability.
· Cultural Exchange: Activities such as sports, cultural workshops, and a memorable kindergarten visit that highlighted inclusiveness and human connection.
· Appreciation & People-Centered Leadership: A warm farewell dinner, birthday celebration with top management, and strong emphasis on appreciation and teamwork.
Chandra concluded that Dahua’s strength lies
not only in technology but also in its global collaboration, cultural respect,
and people-first values. Chandra ended his sharing with the reminder:
“三人行,必有我师焉 — We can always learn from those around us.”
The event wrapped up with a cheerful monthly birthday celebration, reinforcing Dahua’s friendly, supportive, and people-oriented culture. And of course the most waited session for all employees: FOODS! Enjoying laughs, stories, and moments while sharing bites.
