Dahua Poland – Christmas Event
On December 4th, 2025, the team of Dahua Poland gathered in Warsaw to celebrate the annual Christmas Party. The event took place in the beautifully decorated Airport Hotel Okecie, creating a festive and warm Chirtmas atmosphere for the entire evening.
The celebration began with an official opening, including speeches from Regional President Eric Xu and Country Manager Artur Prusinowski.
Eric highlighted the achievements of the Polish branch within the region, expressing his gratitude for the dedication of the Polish team over the past year. He reflected on how the team has grown stronger throughout the nine years of Dahua’s presence in Poland. He also addressed recent organizational changes, including the promotions of Managers of the Channel Sales Team and the Delivery & Service Team.
He emphasized the stability and strength of the Polish office — noting that most employees have been with the company for several years. When Eric asked those with over five years of service to raise their hands, almost the entire room was filled with raised hands.

Artur’s speech centered on gratitude. Filled with warmth and sincerity, he thanked the team for their hard work and commitment, emphasizing how important and unique it is to have a group of people who can truly rely on one another, support each other, overcome challenges together, and celebrate collective success.
Following Artur’s remarks, also employees shared what they are grateful for at Dahua. Most comments highlighted the people — the supportive atmosphere, the strong sense of community, and the daily collaboration that makes working together so meaningful.
It was also an opportunity for Team Leaders to personally thank their teams for their ongoing dedication and everyday efforts. In turn, employees were able to express appreciation for their colleagues and the support they receive from one another.
