Dahua Technology Unveils WizColor 2.0: Advancing Clear and Vivid Monitoring in Low-Light Environments

WizColor X: Next-Generation Low-Light Monitoring
At the forefront of WizColor 2.0 is WizColor X, which significantly enhances light sensitivity to deliver richer color layers and finer details in low-light conditions. It also improves the capturing and recognition of moving subjects, effectively reducing motion blur. Key highlights include:
- UltraSight Lens: It features an ultra-large F0.8 aperture (allowing 1.6× more light intake than F1.0), achieving both exceptional clarity and enhanced light capture simultaneously.
- Larger Pixel Size Sensor: The pixel size is increased to 4 μm, making each pixel’s photosensitive area 1.9× larger than the previous generation.
- AI-ISP 2.0: The model and motion-target performance are enhanced, with parameters scaled to billions and the training dataset expanded to hundreds of thousands. It also leverages reference-frame segmentation and motion direction estimation to support current-frame segmentation, reducing motion ghosting in extreme scenarios.
In addition, the WizColor X – TiOC PROX Series is equipped with Optical Path Correction (OPC) technology that refines light refraction for improved clarity, as well as dual-microphone array and VoiceCatcher technology to ensure clearer audio capture by reducing background noise and extending pickup range.
